Description
Cap Classique produced entirely from estate-grown Chardonnay grapes. Only the cuvee fraction of pressed juice was used to ensure the purest and most elegant, bottled product. Matured on the lees for 40 months before degorgement and dosage.
Additional Information
Fresh and clean aromatics with minerality and bright citrus notes of lemon and lime. Supremely layered and complex, with natural tension. Cellar this Cap Classique for five to twelve years to allow maximum character development and enjoyment.
